Payment methods

Secure card payment through Stripe, in the currency of the delivery country. Card details are handled exclusively by the payment service provider. We issue an electronic invoice for every order and send it by email.

We deliver to 11 European Union countries only:

We do not currently ship outside these countries. This English version of the site exists so that our products and professional guides can be read in English — it does not mean we deliver worldwide. If your delivery address is outside the list above, we will unfortunately not be able to fulfil the order. If you are interested in our products from another country, get in touch and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Delivery charge and time

The delivery charge depends on the country and the weight of the parcel, and is shown before the order is completed. We dispatch orders without undue delay; the estimated delivery time is shown during checkout.

Returns and warranty claims
